The NUREL textile polyamide production line, with 7,000 tons' capacity per year, currently has a wide range of products that are processed through the areas of, spinning, drawing, warping, draw-warping and textured of polyamide 6. Thus a natural parallel yarn is obtained, which is presented for sale either in cops, in tittles from 33 dtex or sized on beams with different sizes and number of yarns, which are adapted to all types of machinery for knitwear or looms.

 
Microfibres:
Within its polyamide 6 microfibre production, NUREL has launched its own brand, NOVAREL which, thanks to its technical characteristics that make all the fabrics smooth and comfortable to touch, is especially indicated for the lingerie and swimwear sector.

New Investments: The polyamide production capacity was strongly increased due to the extension of its production plant in the year 2001, until it duplicates its spinning and polymerisation capacities within three years. The purchase of new and modern machinery enabled NUREL to increase its offer with a great variety of tittles, from 10 to 22 dtex, both in microfibres and in multifilaments. The possibilities also cover options for the use of special additives in spinning, such as colours, flame-retardants or antibacteria. Likewise, the new facilities will enable NUREL to enter the market of polyamide 6.6 both in parallel yarn for knitwear, and textured or sized for looms. Currently NUREL export around 50% of its polyamide production. Europe being its main market.
